Our experienced in this Multimedia project Management begins with our first documentation that is group profile. We have to present our slide about this group profile such as we introduced our group members and our position. After finished group profile documentation, we had to make the proposal documentation including the cover letter template, documentation, gantt chart and costing for our product that we want to create.
Before we started our website, we must create at least five designs for our website. Then, one of the website will be choose by our lecturer, Sir Azril b Othman. Every week, all groups must show the progress about the website or cd package that we had made. As usual in the first week, our website that we had designed had been rejected by our lecturer. Our design had been rejected by our lecturer because our design not impressive but our group not easily give up and try to make the better than before.
Then, all groups must make a project specification. In this project specification, we had to make the cover letter template, the documentation, our storyboard and the style guide. In this task we must draw our storyboard in every page. We also must prepare our style guide about the button, what software that we had been used and many more. Lastly, in final documentation, we should prepare our slide to present about the testing control sheet, risk management sheet, storyboard and visual design.
Besides, this internship program makes us realized the value of working together as a team and as a new experience in working environment, which challenges us every minute. This was the experienced that we can’t forget when doing this project.
